Description

Humanitarian HR 2020

Join the CHS Alliance’s very first online Humanitarian Human Resources (HHR) conference for four half days from 3 to 6 November 2020.

HHR2020 will be an innovative and interactive online gathering for a growing global community of HR practitioners, researchers, experts and people leaders collaborating to reflect and learn from each other as well as develop practical solutions.

The goal of this year’s HHR is to raise awareness of the main lessons learnt from COVID-19 and together re-imagine the future of aid work.

We invite humanitarian and development HR professionals, as well as those from academia and who provide services or consulting in the field of people management to participate. All attendees will be encouraged to share their experiences, research findings, and insights with each other. As a collective HHR participants will forge new networks and establish strong partnerships to shape the future of aid work post COVID-19.

Join us to contribute to the collective knowledge base on how to strengthen organisational resilience through managing uncertainty.

HHR is always very popular. As we take this year’s conference online, we hope to see an even greater number and diversity of participants.

This conference is organised by CHS Alliance, not by GISF. However, GISF members are invited to join the event. GISF will be speaking at the event.

Please note – this event is booked up, but places may become available again.
