Train the Trainer Course

The development and application of knowledge and skill within a team builds capacity and resilience. Where expertise is limited within an organisation then implementing a Train The Trainer (TTT) strategy allows knowledge to be distributed at an exponential rate. Good instructors are made, not born, and understanding how to prepare for, and deliver, a theory or practical instructional period – or a full course of instruction – requires a combination of best practice and personal flair.

This program both teaches and exercises instructors in planning and conducting different types of lessons, as well as utilising a wide range of training aids. Participants will also have 12-months access to the 6 module Train The Trainer eLearning program.

Details:

• Instructor led training and exercising: 24hrs split over 4hr instructor led (remote) learning blocks.
• eLearning (multiple languages): 6 modules and 2hrs of learning over 12-months.
• Recognition, Continued Professional Development Credits (CPD) and certifications: INSSA, HRCI, SHRM, ILM and SEC.
• INSSA, GISF and Humentum membership discounts apply.

This program offers a blend of eLearning and instructor led (remote) instruction for both experienced security professionals as well as security focal points.
