Security Management Training (SMT) – online in English

Training dates: October 3, 4, 6, 10, 12, 13 – online from 8.00 am to 12.00 (CEST Time) A step-by-step approach to planning and managing the security of your Development Aid Missions.

During this training, participants will develop the following knowledge & skills:

• Context analysis.
• Risk analysis.
• Development of security management documentation.
• Best practices in the sector.
• Tools that can be used immediately.
• Focus on safety management integrated into project management.
• The role of the human factor in safety management.

This training is offered in a virtual classroom to facilitate the sharing and acquisition of best industry practices in safety management. It also gives access to participants who might not otherwise have access to these courses. Our pedagogical approach allows participants to put into practice the various tools covered during the training.

All trainers are professionals with extensive field experience in safety management, combined with good practice in distance learning. The practical cases proposed are based and developed on recent operational contexts highlighting situations and incidents that participants may encounter during the course of their operations.

At the end of this training, you will receive an HPass badge & an International Highfield certificate.
