Description | The Control Risks crisis management fundamentals workshop introduces the management of a crisis incident at a corporate level. The course will cover the principles of crisis management and discuss crisis risks, crisis plan and team composition, decision making, and will also touch on related specialist elements including family liaison and media response. The workshop will support and develop participants decision making and accountability, before, during and after an incident. Our 1-day workshop will show you how to develop and maintain an effective and well-informed approach to managing the whole spectrum of crisis situations. We provide an in-depth understanding of the decision-making requirements that must be made during an incident. Workshops are delivered by our expert instructors who have practical experience of crisis management and feature theory-based learning, group discussion, challenges and role plays. Designed for staff responsible for developing and implementing an incident response structure and crisis management capability or those who have recently joined a crisis management team. Upon successful completion, candidates will be issued a Control Risks certification of completion. |
