Our kidnap incident management workshop engages participants in the management of a kidnap-for-ransom incident at a corporate level. Developed and delivered by experienced and expert consultants, this workshop provides participants with a detailed understanding of the expectations during a kidnap for ransom incident and supports clients in their planning for how to react, including policy, organisational, and detailed procedural issues. The workshop will support and develop participants decision making and accountability, before, during and after an incident.
