The two-day HDFF-designed Stay Safe Key Skills Training “Hostage Incident Management (HIM)” is a course aiming to give participants a profound overview of hostage situations, both from the hostage side and the management side. This intensive training includes scenario-based management aspects, practical aspects as well as media management in hostage situations. HIM follows international regulations on managing this type of incident.

Objectives

  • raise awareness of hostage prevention measures
  • highlight the importance of the “Golden Hour” from victim’s and management’s side
  • introduce media management in hostage incidents
  • highlight the benefits of a clear kidnapping policy

  1. Receive a registration form & sign back
  2. Receive e-mail confirmation with attached invoice and useful information
  3. Pay 10 days in advance of training for early bird discount
  4. Receive a soft copy of the receipt of payment via e-mail and the final receipt on the training day
  5. Attend the training

REGISTRATION DEADLINE:

09 August for nationals who require a visa to travel to Thailand;

04 September 2019 for those who do not require a visa.

HDFF reserves the right to make changes to training events on short notice.
