About this event

It is an interesting time for Human Resources. Refreshing people capabilities and skills, while supporting innovation and growth is therefore essential to HR strategy and function. With this context in mind, we would like to invite you to learn more about  HR Leadership in the Digital Age executive program in this upcoming virtual information session.

In this session, speakers will discuss how through the six-month blended learning journey, participants will have the opportunity to explore top HR  insights and practices.

Speakers

Nick Van Dam | L&D Scientist and CLO at IE University

Nick is the Chief of the IE Center for Corporate Learning Innovation and a member of the IE Center for Health, Wellbeing and Happiness. In addition to his work as a professor at IE University, Nyenrode and the University of Pennsylvania, he is also the academic director of a number of programs including the HR Leadership in the Digital Age and the masterclass in L&D leadership. He is also affiliated with McKinsey & Company as an external senior advisor and faculty member.

Nic Brassey | CHRO Ahold Delhaize Europe and Indonesia, Advisory Board Member at Catalyst Europe

Nic is an experienced business leader with a progressive career in HR spanning fmcg and retail sectors, focusing on people and organisation transformation. He is skilled in HR Consulting, Digital Capability Building, Compensation, Culture Change, Employee Experience, HR Policies, Diversity and Inclusion, Talent Management and Organisational Design. Nic’s impressive background is in multinational Human Resources, with professional qualifications from the University of Cape Town and Harvard Business School. He is a member of the Gartner CHRO Governing Body Benelux.

Costanza Citrini | Lead Faculty

Costanza couples a strong multifunctional and international background, with a deep passion for people and talent. She is now the HR Director of Chiomenti, leading Law Firm and a true magnet for the most talented Italian lawyers. Costanza spent 13 years at McKinsey as Senior Learning Manager, mainly serving financial clients with a focus on organisational topics. Prior to that, she held several positions in a medical devices company. She holds a Master’s degree in Macroeconomics from Bocconi University, an MBA from Vlerick Business School and is an ICF certified coach.
