GISF requesting proposals for research project on Managing the Security of Staff with Diverse Profiles in High-risk Contexts

Share this:

EISF is looking for research proposals for its research project on ‘Managing the Security of Staff with Diverse Profiles in High-risk Contexts’.

The aim of the research project is to learn the most effective ways for humanitarian and development organisations to develop appropriate security risk management systems for staff with diverse profiles in high-risk contexts.

The research will explore how employers in the public, private and third sectors are approaching these issues, identifying existing policies and best practice where possible in the processes of recruitment, ongoing employment and deployment of staff with diverse profiles.

The research will provide tools for security risk management that keep staff with diverse profiles safe, while still meeting organisations’ legal and moral obligations in relation to equality, diversity and inclusion.
